15 BSN Students Take on the Oxbridge Challenge

11th September, 15 BSN students from Years 11 to 13 travelled to Shanghai for the Oxbridge Mock Interview Day at BISS Puxi, taking another exciting step towards their #FUTURE.

For our Year 13 students, #ACHIEVEMENT means being ready for the next challenge. They took part in one-to-one mock interviews for their chosen courses, receiving expert feedback to refine their approach and build confidence.

Meanwhile, Year 11 and 12 students joined specialised workshops on research techniques, personal statement writing and university preparation - starting early to explore where their ambitions could take them.

More than interview practice, the day offered a first-hand look at the independent thinking, curiosity and academic confidence expected by some of the world’s most competitive universities.
This year, Mr Chester joined BSN as our new Head of Mathematics, bringing with him first-hand experience of studying at the University of Oxford.
Having experienced Oxford first-hand, Mr Chester now brings that perspective to BSN, supporting students as they develop their own ambitions and think more confidently about their future.
From early university preparation to learning from teachers with experience at leading universities, we want our students to see ambitious pathways not simply as distant possibilities, but as goals they can actively work towards.
Because every #ACHIEVEMENT can be the beginning of what comes next.
Congratulations to all 15 students! we look forward to seeing where their ambitions take them next.
